Thanks to continuous development and modern technologies, our production plant in Zator ensures the highest quality of furniture and efficient logistics in our management processes.
In June 2016, in response to our dynamic growth, we opened a new production plant in the Special Economic Zone in Zator. The facility has 6000 m² of area, it is continuously expanded and has advanced machinery, including the Homag Edgeteq S500 edgebander with the Loopteq O-600 return conveyor and 5-axis CNC Centateq E310, which guarantees high performance and production precision. Our automated ERP system ensures the full integration of production processes with the product engineering, sales and warehousing departments, which enables stringent quality control. By labelling our products with barcodes, we can track them at every stage – from production to the final assembly at the client’s premises – to ensure they meet the highest standards.
We also have modern machinery and equipment to support our operations:
- Kardex Remstar automatic warehouse – ensuring efficient stock management,
- sustainable production plant – with a 200-kW photovoltaic system,
- fast Drillteq H-600 CNC machining centre – for a guarantee of precise and efficient drilling,
- Sawteq S-300 panel saws with storage – for high-quality material cutting.
