  1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • order fulfilment and provision of services to the clients,
  • contact regarding order fulfilment or customer service,
  • direct marketing of our products and services – where you consent to this,
  • performing legal obligations, e.g., connected with accounting,
  • pursuing claims connected with our business.
  1. Legal Basis for Processing

We process the personal data based on the following:

  • Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – the consent of the data subject,
  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the need to process the data to perform the contract,
  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – the legal obligation of the Controller,
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller, e.g., to pursue claims.
  1. Personal Data Recipients

Your data may be provided to the following recipients:

  • providers of IT services and technical support,
  • parties that deliver goods (courier companies, logistics companies),
  • accounting offices and law firms,
  • other parties that provide services on our behalf under suitable contracts.

In any case, such parties are obliged to maintain an appropriate level of personal data protection and process the data according to the applicable law.

The personal data will be kept for the period required to fulfil the purpose for which they have been collected and after the end of that period – for the period required by the provisions of the law, including the provisions concerning accounting or fiscal obligations, or until the consent to processing is withdrawn.

  • the right to erasure (right to be forgotten),
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to data processing,
  • the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time (where processing is done based on consent),
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you find that personal data processing breaches the GDPR.

  1. Personal Data Transfer Outside the EEA

Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) only where this is necessary to provide services to our clients. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decisions, including profiling, that could have legal effects on you or otherwise materially affect your situation.
